Miss Mia had a dance recital this morning.
It was great to see all the moves we’ve been seeing around the house.
She was a little shy when she came into the room and we were there.
This was her (lame) attempt at stretching.
I guess she got a major case of stage fright.
Now we started to see some movement.
Here she was shaking her sillies out.
I was starting to think she’d turned into a statue.
This was her interpretation of yawning her sleepies out.
As you can see her classmates got much more into it.
She stuck with the statue act once again.
Then came the shakers and she was a different dancer.
Pop up!
She couldn’t do this when we watched her in December.
It’s so fun to see how she has progressed in these few short months!
The teddy bear song was another one of her favorites.
