We got the chance to spend a weekend with my cousin Kalli and her husband Dan in Kansas. It was a blast to catch up with them and see their lives in Kansas City. We had dinner at the Plaza to see the lights and try some amazing BBQ. We also just enjoyed the time to hang out at their adorable home. While we were at their house, Mia got to show off her newest skill, climbing stairs. Their stairs were carpeted and easily accessible, so she really showed off. I thought she'd take her sweet time learning the ropes but I was wrong. Her first try and she cruised up the stairs. This video was just before we left on Sunday. We are thankful the stairs at our house are off limits because she seems to love them!

Yep, crawlers just love those stairs--going up, anyway! No steps are going to stop my Granddaughter!
